- Define project scope, goals and deliverables

- Define project tasks and resource requirements

- Develop full scale project plans

- Formulate strategy and direction, develop business model, product roadmap and monetization potential

- Manage the project resource plan and budget

- Manage project issues, risks and actions

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects

- Manage project resource allocation

- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

- Quality assurance

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

- Project evaluations and assessment of results

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Coordinate with external stakeholders (including members and vendors) to ensure project delivery

- Have strong project management background, working knowledge of the marketing process, good instincts, and the desire to proactively solve challenges when they present themselves.

- 5+ years of experience using project management practices and skills that result in high-quality work.

- Solutions-oriented, with a strong desire to always improve relationships and processes.

- Clear ability to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills.

- Know how to thoughtfully prioritize your own work, and are also comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate decisions, advocate for best practices and resolve issues.

- Fluent 4 skills in English.
